Liberty Line 3/30/11 Paul Verkuil and Shannon Goesseling

It's legal Wednesday on the Liberty Line as we delve deeply into the judicial arts. Former William & Mary president (and fellow W&M alumnus) Paul Verkuil stops by. He's currently chairman of the recently resurrected Administrative Conference of the United States. What's that? Find out on the show! They're doing essential work on improving the regulatory state!

Then, Shannon Goesseling from the Southeast Legal Foundation comes on to talk about their important non-profit work. SLF is a public-intersest CONSERVATIVE law firm, and they're currently suing the EPA over their attempts to regulate CO2 as a pollutant!
