The Liberty Line comes out swinging on Monday! First up is Capt. Buddy Guindon from Katie's Seafood in Galveston, TX. Buddy's a snapper boat captain, and he's on talking about using property rights to conserve and improve fisheries - a system known as "catch shares".
Then Dr. Leon Kass from the American Enterprise Institute joins us. He, his wife, and Diana Schaub have written a new book, "What So Proudly We Hail: The American Soul in Story, Speech and Song." We talk about the book and American exceptionalism!
